Will Inman brings expertise in personal injury, workers’ compensation and insurance law to the firm, having won thousands of settlements and resolutions for injured workers. Prior to Will and his team joining McCarthy Wilson as a Partner in 2023, he was the founder and  long-time member of a successful small personal injury practice in Rockville.

Will is licensed to practice before the State and United States District Courts in Maryland and the District of Columbia, as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth District. He's tried countless cases before the Maryland Workers' Compensation Commission and District of Columbia Office of Workers' Compensation and Administrative Hearings Division. He's been frequently recognized for his work including by Super Lawyers® since 2021.
