Paul is a member of the Civil Litigation, Commercial and Business Litigation, and Insurance Defense practice groups. He has represented individuals, businesses, and insurers in hundreds of cases throughout Maryland and the District of Columbia. He frequently handles lawsuits involving commercial transactions, construction defects, business and property disputes, and serious personal injury claims, including wrongful death.
Paul is active in the local legal community, serving as the President of the Bar Association for Montgomery County (2026-2027) and recognized as a Bar Leader by the Bar Foundation. In addition, Paul is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association, the District of Columbia Bar Association, the D.C. Defense Lawyer’s Association, Maryland Defense Counsel, and the local Inn of Court.
Paul has been named a “Rising Star” in civil litigation defense by Super Lawyers® every year since 2019, a "Top Attorney" in insurance defense by Bethesda Magazine in 2025, and a "Mover and Shaker" by the Maryland Daily Record in 2026.
