Brittany was born in Miami but has called many places home, from Ohio and Illinois to Canada, New York, and West Virginia, before finally settling in Montgomery County in 2014. She graduated from West Virginia University, where she proudly cheered on the Mountaineers, competed at the National Model United Nations Convention, and stayed active with Alpha Xi Delta and the Arabic Club. After college, she worked in Washington, D.C. as a paralegal in a Vaccine Litigation group, which sparked her interest in pursuing law.
She went on to earn her J.D. from The Catholic University of America in 2019. During law school, she clerked with McCarthy Wilson, served on the Law Review, led her school’s Federalist Society chapter, and was a Fellow at the Religious Liberty Center. After graduating, she clerked for the Honorable Harry C. Storm in the Circuit Court for Montgomery County before returning to McCarthy Wilson as an Associate in 2020.
When she’s not practicing law, Brittany loves rooting for the Mountaineers and Washington Capitals, exploring Kentucky bourbons, and spending time with family and friends.
